Refund & Return Policy

1. Introduction

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Pazarium EU. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Period

You may return your items within 14 days from the date you received your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return request.

3. Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.
For hygienic reasons, certain products (such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and similar items) cannot be returned once opened or tried on.
We do not charge any restocking fees for accepted returns.
There are no “final sale” items – all eligible products may be returned under these conditions.

4. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the item(s). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed using your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

Since the products are shipped from Türkiye, there are no exchanges. You can only return the product and receive a refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at info@pazarium.eu within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
