1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how Pazarium OÜ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles order processing, shipping options, delivery times, and related fees for purchases made through pazarium.eu.

We currently ship orders from two locations — Estonia and Turkey — depending on product availability and customer destination.

2. Shipping Origins

  • Estonia Warehouse: Orders containing items available within the EU are shipped directly from our Tallinn facility for faster delivery and no customs duties within the European Union.
  • Turkey Warehouse: Some items are shipped from Turkey. Deliveries from Turkey may take longer and may incur higher shipping costs due to international logistics.

3. Shipping & Service Fee

To maintain transparency and offer fair pricing, we combine shipping-related costs under a single total displayed as “Shipping + Service Fee” at checkout.

This combined fee covers:

  • Courier and logistics costs depending on origin (Turkey or Estonia).
  • Handling, packaging, and international processing where applicable.
  • Customer service, order verification, and fulfillment support.

We apply this combined fee because international shipments from Turkey may have significantly higher costs than local EU deliveries.

4. Delivery Times

  • Estonia / EU Shipments: Usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Turkey Shipments: Usually delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs inspections.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped from Turkey to EU countries are subject to customs checks. All duties and taxes are included in the total price you pay at checkout — you will not be charged any additional import fees upon delivery.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, our support team will assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.

8. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
