Select the product you like, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.” Then proceed to Checkout, fill in your delivery and payment details, and complete your order.

In which currency are the prices displayed?

All prices on Pazarium.eu are shown in Euro (EUR) and all payments are processed in EUR.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our store uses the Shopify Payments platform. All credit card options, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Ideal, Klarna, and other payment methods are actively accepted.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Shopify Payments complies with international PCI DSS security standards.
Your credit card details are never seen or stored by Pazarium.eu.

What should I do if I receive a payment error during checkout?

Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched. Please reach out to us quickly so we can update your address.

Will multiple items in my order be shipped together?

Whenever possible, items are shipped in one package. However, depending on stock availability or warehouse locations, some items may be shipped separately.

Shipping & Delivery

From where are the products shipped?

All orders placed on Pazarium.eu are shipped from Turkey.
However, invoices are issued by our Estonia-based company, as Pazarium operates within the EU under an Estonian business entity.

How long does delivery take?

Your order will be delivered within 4-7 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays or depending on the destination country.

What is the shipping cost?

The standard international shipping fee is 5 EUR.

Which courier companies do you work with?

We work with reliable international express shipping companies to ensure fast and secure delivery. We collaborate with firms such as GLS, DPD, and DHL, with the choice of company varying depending on delivery time and destination country.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns for all eligible products within the return period stated on our website. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.Since our inventory is located in Turkey, we cannot guarantee stock availability for a traditional exchange process.If you wish to change your product, you may return the original item and place a new order for the size or model you prefer.

What is the return shipping cost?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can return your items to our warehouse addresses, which you can select from our website: https://pazarium.eu/a/service/pazarium. We have return warehouses in Germany, France, and Estonia.

Is the shipping fee refundable?

You cannot get a refund for shipping costs if the product is not defective or faulty. Original shipping charges are not refundable, even if you return the product.

To which address should I send my return?

All returns must be sent to our return addresses in Germany, France, and Estonia. You can choose the address closest to you. Although the products are shipped from Türkiye, returns are processed within the EU for customer convenience.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item reaches our return facilities and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The process usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I return an item after using or washing it?

No. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

What should I do if I received a faulty or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the problem. If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will help you find a solution.

Are discounted products eligible for return?

Yes, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Sale items can be returned under the same conditions as regular products.

Can I refuse the package upon delivery?

We do not recommend refusing packages. Unaccepted parcels may take longer to return, and shipping fees remain non-refundable.
